Barely Visible Bikinis Competition Suits

Competition Suits

Barely Visible Bikinis is your choice for custom made, individually tailored contest suits; whether for local competitions or national swimwear calendar contests. Barely Visible has been making posing suits for some of the best known competitors for years and will now be offering these suits via the Internet. They are able to get your suit done in as little as 5 days.

They also have many suits made up in store to purchase. Please feel free to send them a design, picture, drawing, etc. of your custom design or call them at 770-506-1887 and ask to speak to one of the onsite designers about a custom made suit.

About Barely Visible Bikinis

Barely Visible Bikinis opened their first store in Atlanta, Georgia over 18 years ago by sisters Wanda and Linda. Linda had sewn since childhood and had always made her and Wanda’s suits because both were particularly top heavy and never able to fit in regular bikinis available in stores. Barely Visible is and will always be a family business, that truly tries to make a product that no one else offers.

As the name implies we started this business for people who have great bodies and wanted to show them off in a one of a kind very sexy bikini. That is not where we followed, while we still do make suits for woman with great figures, our average customer is usually a 15 year old that wears a d-dd top and has never found a suit to fit her.
As well, our other most “popular” customer is the woman that truly has problems with her figure, such as being very top heavy, and can only be fit by having her suit made especially for her. Luckily our cups go up to size G and we make our swimwear so we are able to copy their suit if they want.

Through the next 18 years the store prospered more then anyone’s expectations — and now we reach out with the internet to attract even more attention. The whole family is working together to create a successful swimsuit store, that customers can feel welcome in and feel satisfied when they leave. We’re always glad to take the time to help those who want to find that right suit for them.

Celebrity Sunglasses - What Were They Wearing? - This Amazing Site Answers the Question

Published by naturalbbevents under Apparel Edit This

I just stumbled across an amazing new site that is really a blast to use. It’s a gold mine if you are trying to figure out what sunglasses your favorite celebrity was wearing.

This guy has built a library dedicated only to celebrity sunglasses and it shows lots of recent pictures (and even video clips) of celebrities wearing sunglasses on reality TV shows like The Hills, Pageant Place, The Kardashians, etc. Plus he has celebs in sunglasses from movies, magazines and videos and red-carpet events, award ceremonies and various celebrity fan pages. And he seems to be a wrestling fan as there are several video clips of him meeting and talking with pro-wrestlers (in sunglasses of course).

The coolest part is the editorial comments and the ratings system where ‘LookHooky’, as he calls himself, who claims to have been in the sunglasses business for many years, can tell exactly what any celebrity was wearing no matter how obscure the brand or model they had on. Amazing!

When you go to the home page he has loads of pictures of celebs with commentary and you can click on the celeb’s picture and it takes you to a dedicated celeb page that has all of their pictures with links to larger images of the glasses so you can really see the details for each pair. Also shown is the exact brand and model and an approximate cost for the shades.

Not only that, he has a nifty rating system and provides his opinion on every pair of glasses shown along with comments that explain why LookHooky likes or doesn’t like these glasses. His comments are usually right on and, although occasionally a little thin, can be pretty humorous as he praises and slams the celebs and even the manufacturers, giving advice to those who might be considering buying a brand or style as to why it is better for certain face sizes and types, etc. Neat.

There are also several ‘master’ lists; one for celeb pages, one for TV shows, movies, videos and a great section on magazines where you can go to see what celebs were wearing what glasses in what issue of about 5 or 6 publications that he seems to be following regularly. Does this guy ever sleep?

The feature I like best about this site is that after you watch a TV show or video, or have scanned the pages of an entertainment mag, you can go there and use their site search engine to find all the entries for that celebrity and you can jump right to those pages and drill down to enlarged images, comments and ratings and prices. And as he seems to be watching everything, there’s a good chance he’ll have the celeb and their sunglasses aleady posted.

So, if you love sunglasses like I do, and want to know what your favorite celebrity was wearing, just hope over to this site, appropriately named Celebrity-Sunglasses-Finder.com.

And if you don’t find just what you’re looking for they have a ‘contact us’ page where you can submit requests for celebs and sunglasses that they haven’t already nailed down.

Good job LookHooky!

Paying too high a price for a tan?

Published by naturalbbevents under Tanning Edit This

An injection of Melanotan might seem like the answer to having a long-lasting, sunless tan. But it is available only on the internet and concerns have been expressed by doctors, writes CIARA O’BRIEN .

A YEAR AGO, Danielle was relying on fake tan to keep her holiday colour topped up all year round. But a chance conversation with a friend led her to the tanning injection, something that is becoming increasingly popular among young Irish people.

Warned of the dangers of exposure to the sun, and of sunbeds, men and women are turning to a drug called Melanotan to get what they believe is a “safer” tan.

Danielle (29) did some research online before taking the drug. “There are so many Australian sites saying it’s a wonderful drug, with testimonials. They could be made up, but the site I went on to first had a link to YouTube explaining what it did and detailing the research they had done,” she says. “When I looked into it first, the majority of them said it’s a defence against skin cancer.”

Dealings in Melanotan are done behind the scenes, with customers buying from websites or through “a friend of a friend”. Danielle told the Irish Times that she has never met the person who supplies her Melanotan injection. She buys the drug through a friend, who in turn buys it from a bodybuilder (it is popular in competitive bodybuilding).

Melanotan is sold in powder form and mixed with bacteriostatic water before being injected under the skin with insulin needles. There are few instructions available on how to mix the drug, what dosage should be taken, or advice on injecting it.

Originally developed as a potential preventative for skin cancer, the drug has not yet been approved for use anywhere in Europe, despite gaining a popular following online. It is not known how many Irish men and women may be exposing themselves to health risks by using the unlicensed drug, but anecdotal evidence suggests there is a definite market for it.

One of its appeals appears to be its convenience. “I hate false tan,” says Danielle. “I’ve been putting it on since I was 15 – it’s not a nice colour, you’d know it’s not a tan. It has a definite orange pigment. The injection meant every day when I got up and every night when I went out I was pretty much ready to go.”

The drug is also said to help with weight loss and Danielle believes that the drug changed her body shape. “After I took it I felt great. I was tanned, I looked toned. I wasn’t doing any more exercise than normal.”

Prices have fallen considerably since the drug first made its way into the Irish market. Last year, Danielle paid €100 for her first batch and €180 for a second, which was supposed to be a higher strength than previous batches. “At the time, it wasn’t as common in the market. The same guy I got it from now sells it to me for €50, which is a big mark-down. Obviously the market was flushed with it.”

However, it seems supplies of the drug could be drying up with many of the websites shut down and the usual suppliers in Ireland harder to contact. Regulatory bodies have been working to close sites selling the drug. Last year, the Irish Medicines Board (IMB) said it had been in contact with a number of suppliers of the drug and had been given undertakings that they would not import it into Ireland.

IMB Chief executive Pat O’Mahony had a stark warning for those tempted to try Melanotan. “People are taking a serious risk to their health. You know the old adage – your health is your wealth. You’re really playing a dangerous game. With an unlicensed product, you don’t know what you’re getting. This is a very risky practice.”

THE IMB ADMITS it is fighting a constant battle against online shoppers determined to bring in prescription drugs they have bought online. “We all live in the internet age and people are buying all sorts of stuff on the internet, paying for their travel – we all do that,” says Pat O’Mahony, chief executive of the IMB. “It’s extraordinarily difficult to get a fix on it (Melanotan). Our intelligence would indicate to us that there isn’t a huge amount of it, there isn’t massive importations and quantities coming through. We only ever see the tip of the iceberg in any work we do with regard to the internet because it’s going on behind the scenes. We have no way of quantifying it, that’s the reality of it.”

The Irish Times was able to buy the drug, complete with syringes, online. We found the site through an online search, and paid by credit card through Google’s Checkout system. The package was posted from England via registered mail, and signed for at the post office within days of paying online. A follow up purchase was also successful.

However, those who use the injections may be getting more than they bargain for. While the medicines sold on the shelves of pharmacies have to adhere to strict regulations, drugs bought over the internet might not have been manufactured under the same strict conditions.

The IMB sampled Melanotan sold by one of the websites, and the results revealed contaminants that the IMB says could lead to a serious infection, or even abscesses at the injection site. Last week, the IMB issued an alert on the drug’s dangers and urged anyone who had used it to contact their doctor.

Even if the drug is free from bacteria, the side-effects are well documented. Some users have reported nausea, headaches, fatigue, increased libido, an increase in moles and freckles. There have been warnings of pigmentation patches and others blame the drug for changes to their skin’s texture.

Pat O’Mahony says internet sales of prescription medication is illegal as it’s not controlled and at least 50 per cent of it is counterfeit. “If this (Melanotan) was produced in a licensed plant to a particular quality, you would know what you were getting. If you injected yourself with a particular dose rate you would get the same result each time.”

It seems Irish tan fans are willing to run the risk. Since her first dose of Melanotan, Danielle has had several moles checked by her doctor, although she is not blaming the drug on this, and has already ordered her next batch. “My moles changed shape and colour after I did the injections. Then again, I went on three holidays last year, so it could have been the fact that I was exposed to more sun than normal,” she says.

The concerns that the drug may not be authentic don’t worry Danielle, who says her own experience proved it worked. “I tried it and it worked, so I did it again. Everyone tries things they haven’t done before, otherwise it would be a very sad world we live in if we never tried anything new,” she says. “There’s a risk in everything you do in your life. I feel you can’t wrap yourself up in cotton wool. I don’t think the injection will kill me. Maybe if there were more horror stories I’d think twice.”

Melanotan: From cancer prevention to tanning agent

Melanotan is a research peptide that was originally developed to prevent skin cancer. The peptide, which has not yet been approved for use outside of clinical trials, was first synthesised by researchers at the University of Arizona.

The peptide is a synthetic version of a naturally occurring hormone that produces melanin, the skin’s tanning pigment. During tests, the naturally occuring hormone was found to have a half life of only seconds, alhough it appeared to work.

The synthetic version of the hormone has a longer half life, and is designed to increase the level of pigment in the skin without exposure to UV rays.

Melanotan I, or afamelanotide , is currently being developed by Australian-based Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals, which has warned consumers against buying unlicensed, counterfeit drugs that are being sold under the name Melanotan.

A further version of the peptide, Melanotan II, has been shown to have aphrodisiac properties in clinical trials.

Fiu Fiui is Currently Featuring a New Look with Exclusive Photosets by Model Mayhem Members from Around the World

Published by naturalbbevents under Apparel Edit This

Fiu Fiu! (www.fiufiu.com) makers of fine designer Brazilian swimwear, fitness wear and micro bikinis since 2002 are currently featuring a new look with exclusive photosets by Model Mayhem members. Can they make Fiu Fiu! unique in the fashion world by allowing artists they’ve never met dictate how their products would be displayed? So far, the answer is a resounding yes!

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) March 3, 2009 — Fiu Fiu!, makers of designer Brazilian swimwear, fitness wear and micro bikinis are currently featuring a new look with exclusive photosets by Model Mayhem members from around the world.

Fiu Fiu!, located virturally at www.fiufiu.com operates out of Las Vegas, NV. The website now features some of the world’s most exciting models and photographers. It’s the brainchild of owner, webmaster and co-president Tim Baurer - an award-winning art director and photographer. “I wanted to give back to the creative field… in a way. I know what it’s like to try to impress a client but usually a client has so many constraints for a project, it limits creative freedom.” says Tim. “Our new fiufiu.com site allows artists full-creative license.” Tim continues, “And by being located in Vegas we find a lot of the top models and photographers actually come to us now. It’s a great location to operate from.”

The new look started out as a simple craig’s list posting. A listing entitled: “Be a Part of Creating Fiu Fiu’s New Vegas Look. Gain Exposure. Showcase Your Talents.” Little did Fiu Fiu! realize the amount of attention it would generate. What had they started? They wondered. Could they pull it off? Could they make Fiu Fiu! unique in the fashion world by allowing artists they’ve never met dictate how their products would be displayed?

The first photographer featured for their new look was 18 year old Vegas-based photographer Josh Hess who shot former playboy model Joy Worrel and co-owner Jaque in the bowels of the Flamingo Hotel on the strip. “It was great to be able to do my own thing on such a grand scale. I couldn’t ask for more. Tim and Jaque were a joy to work with” said Josh.

Samantha Kelly, a Vegas-based model on location with photographer Jennifer Chamberlin agrees. “This new look allows me to branch out as a model and do whatever (and be whomever) I feel like being on the day of a shoot”.

Recently, Tim knew he was onto something when even more accomplished models, make up artists and photographers started requesting suits to shoot on location. FLEX magazine will be shooting Fiu Fiu’s new 2009 swimwear collection for their upcoming swimwear edition with acclaimed photographer Terry Goodlad in the coming weeks.

“There is no guessing where the site will go next with possible video and multimedia features but I do know that it’s always going to fun and the site will continue to look hot and be a great opportunity for artists to showcase their talents” says Tim. “The site will go wherever the next creative team takes it…that’s the beauty of my concept.”

Tim plans of featuring a book, a calendar and even hold a gallery show of all the top artistic images featured at the site. He also looks to shoot again himself. “After seeing all the great images that flood my email almost everyday…it’s only natural as an artist to want to take part again.” Tim used to shoot his wife and partner Jaque when the company first started in 2002. Jaque continues to appear as a model on the site and is head sales manager handling most orders.

Fiu Fiu! L.L.C. originated on the Main Line - in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Got their feet wet inOrange County, California and are now letting it all hang out in Las Vegas. Fiufiu.com consistently generated outstanding online sales and had doubled billings every summer since 04 by keeping repeat business of a satisfied base with superior customer service and quality hard-to-find products. Fiu Fiu! had been featured in Oxygen, Ocean Drive, MuscleMag, Atlanta Peach and Oy Magazines to name a few. And on MTV and the Travel Channel. They were featured on the Howard Stern Show and their first professional model, Kara Monaco, was named Playmate of the year in 2006.

Fiu Fiu!s 2009 collection features sexy new designs from their exclusive designers. The line will showcase fun prints, colors and some polka dots. There will be a designer swimwear line with Brazilian cuts, a sexy fitnesswear collection and an exclusive micro swimwear line called Brazilian eXotics. “A lot of customers comes to us because we feature a lot of suits with traditional Brazilian-cut bottoms…something larger swimwear outlets tend to shy away from.” says Tim. “And we stock these suits all year long instead of just seasonal since many of our orders come from Europe or even as far away as Australia. It’s always summer somewhere in the world!”

The new Fiu Fiu! site features photographers: Jason Lee, Jennifer Chamberlin, Tony Turner, William Jay, Andy McFarland, Artofwomen.com, Calvin Merritt, MJ Flix, Mark Mosher, Brent Allen, Stan Batz, Josh Hess, Zach Wise, James Fredlund, Ad Jetten, DMS Graphix, Onyx Photography, Glen Foster, Lolita Wilson, Omar Ortiz, Shaun Goodrich, Tony Thompson, Armando Boreno, John Bamford and Dana Numkena.

Models already featured at fiufiu.com are: Playmate of the year 2006 Kara Monaco, Theresa Correa, Sarah Collins, Brandyce Lee Jaxon, Mandi Fanelli, Zaya Taylor, Christine LeMaster, Rachel Hind, Carmen Ortega, Mastura, Charity Hodges, Cilicia Teal, Jamie Villamor, Rebecca Miller, Amanda Olson, Kristen Glamour, Ashley Shank, Misty Dawn, Playmates Tiffany Selby and Laura Croft, Laura Cenci, Laura Jones, Kellie Maines, Teresa Noreen, Jennifer Callaway, Maigan, Jesse Wall, Christina Vinson, Nicole Moser, Jennifer Reyes, Stephanie Brewster, Erica Dittman, Joy Worrel, Allyson Flores, Katilenia, Bibi Brandt, Nathalie Unterberger, Bibi Nissen, Amaris, Nikki Elle, Rachel Sinclair, TJ Reese, Mary Korola, Samantha Kelly, Samantha Fishinghawk, Jen Frost, Makana Marie, Kervins Duvall, Becky Carrillo, India Delacruz, Pam Rodgiquez, Abby Lindeman, Whitney Jene, Joanna Pena, Veronica Tejeda, Ali Sonoma, Melanie Tillbrook, Ericka Underwood, Melissa Marie, Claudia G., Brandi Michelle, Noy DeBeer, Tiffany Jackson, Jusyna N, Bethany Marie, Shane Hardcore, Annie Social, Jenny P and Tina Thompson Pope. Even some adult stars can be viewed at fiufiu.com such as Gina Lynn, Nikki Nova, Crissy Moran, Mariah Milano, Rachel Aziani and Luana Lani.

“Teaming up with Model Mayhem (www.modelmayhem.com) for this TFP event has been incredible. The amount of talent available there is enormous and the site is a breeze to use. It’s been a tremendous assent in implementing our new look and I couldn’t have done it without them” concludes Tim.

Suntan Supply Hosts 13th Annual Tanning Symposium

Published by naturalbbevents under Tanning Edit This

Suntan Supply hosted its 13th annual tanning symposium on Saturday, Jan. 17 at the Cleveland Browns Stadium. More than 400 salon owners, employees, guests and vendors attended the event—in spite of single-digit temperatures and a below-zero windchill factor.

New products and services were offered via presentations and vendor displays, and Suntan Supply’s lotion distribution center (based in St.Cloud, Minn.) offered numerous show specials and discounts. Vendors included Australian Gold, Designer Skin, California Tan, Devoted Creations, Supre, Fiesta Sun, Fiji Blend, Tan Inc., Cosmedico Lamps, Mystic Tan, JK Capital, Sun Ergoline, The Tannie, Tan Envy, Eye Pro Inc., Wolff System Technologies, DDW and Giam.

Suntan Supply displayed the latest models of tanning equipment during the show, including the new Ergoline Sun Angel, which was one of three tanning beds available for use at the show. A Mystic Tan booth and the new Tan Envy Spray Tan unit were also available for test-tans in rooms created with Sun Walls Modular Room System.

A raffle for two pre-owned tanning beds, a new Sundash 332 bed, and several lotion collections and cases of lamps was held. Lunch was served on the Browns Club Suite Level overlooking a frozen Lake Erie. The event was completed by a cocktail reception and two-hour live performance by the band Lawless.

Mystic Tan an alternative to tanning beds

Published by naturalbbevents under Tanning Edit This

As temperatures rise and winter draws to a close, many students are finally getting over the winter blues and catching a contagious condition — spring fever.

One of the most popular symptoms of this infectious malady is the desire for beautiful, bronze skin.

As if walking to class through freezing temperatures and wind for the past several months was not enough to give students winter depression, bearing pasty and pale skin only adds to the dreariness.

Therefore, many students resort to tanning to conquer this feeling.

Tanning beds and Mystic Tanning are both effective options, but dermatologists say Mystic Tanning is the safer choice.

“Using Mystic Tanning is a much smarter decision than using tanning beds, because it gives people the results they want without endangering their skin,” said Aiden Carey, a nurse at the Advanced Dermatology Surgery office in St. Louis. “There are UV rays in tanning beds that can cause skin cancer if people are exposed to them too much.”

According to its Web site, the spray contains Aloe vera as its main ingredient.

Aloe vera, which is often used to heal sunburns, is actually healthy for the skin.

People have been warned of the dangers of tanning beds since they made their debut in 1990.

Even with research proving the use of tanning beds is hazardous to the skin, people still continue to lather on the tanning lotion and soak up the UV rays.

“The extra glow seems to be worth it at the time, but what happens when people begin developing skin cancer in their 20s and 30s because of too much tanning while young?” Carey said. “They regret it.”

Although Mystic Tanning is safer, some fear it will give them an uneven, blotchy tan.

“People may believe this because they’ve tried using self-tanning lotions, which even when used carefully, can result in a patchy tan, because self tanners are difficult to spread evenly,” Carey said.

Mystic Tanning isn’t self-applied. People stand in the tanning booth while their bodies are sprayed evenly.

“I used to be hesitant to use Mystic Tanning, because I worried I would look orange or that the lotion would rub off and make my skin look spotted,” said Rachel Naftel, a sophomore in political science. “But, I finally tried it and realized it’s the self tanners people buy in grocery stores that yield that effect, not mystic tanning.”

Get that Hawaiian tan right here in Cheyenne

Published by naturalbbevents under Tanning Edit This

Cool Rayz tanning and more owner Lauren Walden wants to take you on a mini-vacation without leaving the city.

By Michelle Dynes
mdynes@wyomingnews.com

CHEYENNE — Even those who can’t afford a vacation can mimic a beach-ready glow.

But the goal behind Cool Rayz Tanning and More is to offer the latest in tanning salon technology.

“I want to offer up-and-coming things that are not the typical sun beds,” said owner Lauren Walden. “A lot of people don’t want to lie in the sun but still want (a bronzed look).”

Cool Rayz Tanning and More can be reached at 426-4073 or http://www.coolrayz.net/.

Walden’s shop at 453 Vandehei Ave., Suite 170 hosts five traditional tanning beds. But there’s also a unit for people to get a sun-kissed flush while standing on their feet.

She said standard beds can produce uncomfortable pressure points for some people; other customers want to ensure that rays hit the normally hard-to-reach spots on their sides or the small of their back.

Customers who prefer to avoid the sun can opt for a spray-on tan instead.

A full-sized spray machine gives verbal instructions to users. She said customers also can customize the prep spray, bronzer and moisturizer mix to find the look they want most.

And a final blow-dry cycle sets the artificial tan solution to avoid a sticky post-spray sensation.

But Walden also has discovered other high-tech additions for skin care.

A room equipped with a red light phototherapy unit stimulates skin rejuvenation for those who typically shy away from tanning beds. She said the warm red glow also helps repair sun-damaged skin and improves skin tone.

The room across the hall features a hydration station that allows customers to moisturize their wind-chapped skin. Users also can choose from a variety of vitamin baths for their steamy soak.

Walden said another advantage to a 20-minute session in the plastic capsule is that it preps skin to hold the artificial tan longer.

Customer Susan Jaure said she notices that her tan also looks more natural after a pre-soak in the hydration station. She added that it’s a relaxing warm-up to her tanning routine.

Walden said the sensation is comparable to getting off a plane in Hawaii. And she hopes the day spa atmosphere of Cool Rayz can mimic a mini-vacation, even if her customers can’t get away.

Get Bronzed At Just Be Tan

Published by naturalbbevents under Tanning Edit This

SPRING HILL - It was the middle of February, but a couple wished for a rich-looking tan before their wedding.

On Friday, Chris Millo and Leticia Navarrete arrived at Just Be Tan to get that “instant bronze” look. They didn’t walk away disappointed.

“You can see immediate results,” said salon manager Beatrice DeLuca as she showed off Naverrete’s new appearance just seconds after she exited the spray tan booth. The bride-to-be would have just the right sun-kissed look for her wedding in 24 hours.

The groom gladly volunteered for the same treatment.

Customers at Just Be Tan keep coming back. They have hundreds of lotions from which to choose, as well as a variety of beds. There are unlimited monthly packages to purchase - ranging from $24.99 to $84.99.

Monthly members also get discounts off lotions, supplies and spray-tan services.

DeLuca stresses cleanliness. Everything inside her salon is disinfected and spotless. She knows most of the people who lie inside her tanning beds are either nude or semi-nude.

Her customers constantly rave about how clean the place is and how comfortable they feel the moment they walk through the door.

“They’re very professional here,” said Jennifer Lewis, of Spring Hill, who had just begun a tanning regimen. “I’ve recommended (DeLuca) to a lot of people I work with. It’s always a delight to come here. You get treated like you’re special.”

The salon’s recognition not only comes from local customers, but also nationwide. Looking Fit Magazine, one of the leading publications in the tanning industry, rated Just Be Tan among the top 250 salons in the country. It is only one of 11 salons in Florida to earn a spot on the list.

The salon opened in April 2007, according to its Web site.

Among the booths available at Just Be Tan is the Diva 6 - which includes more than 60 lamps that give off 160 watts of power. Unlike the others, it is air-conditioned.

“It’s the equivalent of lying on a beach on a windy day,” said employee Justin Fletcher. “You don’t even sweat.”

There are eight booths - all with a CD player and surround sound - inside the store that vary in UV levels, with one being the lowest and five the highest. A ninth booth includes the air brush room.

Customers regularly come from Hernando, Pasco and Sumter counties, DeLuca said.

“As soon as you walk in the door, you’re greeted,” said regular customer Alyssa Mahan. “They make you feel welcome. It’s always clean and there’s almost never a wait.”

People are warned of the risks of too much UV exposure, but DeLuca and Fletcher constantly stress the health benefits. Tanning assists those with vitamin D deficiencies and can be used as a treatment for those with psoriasis, a disease that affects the skin and joints.

Among the clients are a Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleader, pageant contestants and body builders, DeLuca said.

Like most tanning salons, Just Be Tan does its best business from February to May, when people are getting their base tans in time for the summer months.

Fitness Tip:

Change up the usual workout by supersetting between exercises. This is a great way to “shock” any muscle.

I am in the midst of pulling my calendar of shows together for the year. In doing so, please let me know if  you’d be interested in me providing services for you.

Sincerely,

Elise Firestone
